“THE PRIVILEGE OF GOD’S PRESENCE!”

“The privilege of God’s Presence!”

“The privilege of God’s Presence!” by: Marie Bride

God does not want us to do life alone really resonates with me.

As an introvert I truly relate and understand the need to be alone and the feeling of being over stimulated and or feeling anxious.

I especially relate to having spent too many years of praying for God to turn me into someone other than who God was creating me to be and the specific work He wanted me to do for His kingdom here on earth.
As I spend time in His own eternal Presence, I am able to still my mind and heart, I focus on listening and hearing the Holy Spirit reveal bits of God’s will for me.

Allowing myself to do this work discovering how and where my life has come to be where I am. I am receiving God’s Blessing and affirmation. This gives me confirmation to be just who I am as I ask our loving God just exactly how I can become His master piece right where I am?

14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works; that I know very well. Psalm 139:14 (NRSVACE)

**It is so important to seek my Lord’s will in everything I do.

As I keep my eyes focused on my Lord, for direction and for empowerment. My Lord is always with me He will never lead me to do something without equipping me for the task.

11 For as the heavens are high above the earth,
so great is his steadfast love towards those who fear him;

Psalm 103:11 (NRSVACE)

Spending time in my Lord’s Presence is a privilege my Lord desires to Bless me with. By doing so I am able to better understand my Lord’s will for my life. As my Lord shows me the path and I am able to enjoy my Lord’s Presence I begin to experience a delightful privilege, a fullness of joy, and I am able to comprehend more clearly that at my Lord’s right hand are pleasures forevermore.

The precepts of the Lord give joy to the heart.
The law of the LORD is perfect,
refreshing the soul;
The decree of the LORD is trustworthy,
giving wisdom to the simple. Psalm 19: 9

As my Lord shows me the path and I am able to enjoy my Lord’s Presence I begin to experience a delightful privilege, a fullness of joy, and I am more able to comprehend that at my Lord’s right hand are pleasures forevermore.
