Dear Heavenly Father, I am thankful for the transforming work you have done in my life since I accepted you as my Lord and Savior. Help me take care of your temple which is my body. Show me areas I need to change in order to become more like you, whether it is mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually.

Lord, help me to see the beauty you’ve created in me. I thank you that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Forgive me when I have degraded myself with negative self-talk and marred your image. Help me remember how much you love and cherish me.

Forgive my pride when I’ve been more concerned with clothes, jewelry or the latest hairstyle and neglected the adorning of deeper spiritual things which emulate inner beauty.

Lord, I’ve been conceited and an idol worshiper in one or more areas of my life. Help me think of others as better than myself. It is your power that lives in me to will, and to act according to your good purpose. Forgive and cleanse me from my sin and for taking the glory from you.
